Thank you for your purchase. If you are not satisfied with our delivery and would like to return a product or your entire delivery, you can do so within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Please note the following instructions for your return:

  1. Personalized items are generally excluded from exchange and return.

  2. We do not cover return shipping costs - except in the case of incorrect delivery or damaged goods.

  3. To ensure we can process your return promptly, please fill out the back of the in-vite return slip completely and legibly and enclose it with your return.

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will automatically receive a confirmation that your return has been correctly received. Depending on your payment method, the credit will then be immediately credited to your bank account or PayPal account.
