Payment and shipping
The following conditions apply:
Delivery takes place domestically (Germany) and to the following countries : Austria .
Shipping costs (including VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We charge a flat shipping fee of €6.90 per order.
For orders over €80.00 we offer free shipping.
Deliveries abroad :
We charge a flat rate for shipping abroad as follows:
Austria: 16.90 €
For orders over € 99.00 we offer free shipping to other countries.
Delivery times
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods will take place within Germany within 2 - 4 working days, and for deliveries abroad within 3 - 6 working days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship them together unless we have agreed otherwise. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.
